About the Company
- Established in January of 1998 -- Began business billing for 3 ambulance companies, Missoula Emergency Services, Great Falls Emergency and Polson Emergency Services.

over 40 ambulance services, Physicians, Physical Therapists,
Mental Health Counselors, a
Microbiology Lab, a DME Dealer and other medical providers

- Services -- We specialize in Ambulance Billing. Electronic claim submission, full patient accounting, posting and deposits, in-house collections, appeals and fair-hearings and financial and statistical reporting.
HIPAA and Billing Compliance programs for your ambulance services.
- Involvement -- We have assisted the Mountain-Pacific Quality Health Foundation with Medicaid rule changes, member of the Montana Private Ambulance Operators Association as CMS Liaison. Involved with American Ambulance Association projects. Member of the Missoula County Traffic Safety Committee and NHTSA Child Safety Seat Committee. Attended MEMSA Conference at vendor and was asked to instruct ambulance billing course.
- Education -- We have provided classes in ambulance
billing. Travel to teach ambulance documentation.
- Management Consultation -- We provide management consultation in employee/management relations, inter-agency relations, general ambulance management and billing related services.
